Developed curriculum, taught and supervised teaching activity for computer science, information technology, information systems, information engineering, business administration, education, economics, media, documentaries and feature film making, television production, education and training programs.

Provided consulting services to government and corporate clients in system and Network development, technology adoption and switch systems integration and conversion processes. Formulated and deployed long term computing policy involving strategic and tactical decisions.

Teaching interests included but not limited to software, database and systems engineering, operations research, data envelopment analyses, management information systems, total quality management, project management, business administration and economics.
